• ORDER PROCESSING: All items are made-to-order newly made and print just for you. When orders are successfully placed, we will start processing your order and this process often takes 5-7 business days, so please be patient with us. In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days for our designer to create a complete art file. Design time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult) can be from 1-5 days or more.

  • The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
  • International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

 SHIPPING CHARGES are estimated due to your location and the order’s weight. The minimum shipping fee will be $8.99 in US and $11.99 for worldwide shipping.

We offer an US Express Shipping service for any orders which are required urgently (1-3 working days delivery). If you require an express shipment in US, please place your order online and leave a note in the comment box that you would like to receive an Express Shipping. We will reach out to you via mail regarding the surcharge which may vary depending on your location and order’s weight, order’s item

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address. You can change shipping address within 24hrs since the moment your order is placed. Please contact customer service via live chat or mail info@moosfy.com to deal with it. After that time, the order is locked for processing/producing, label creation reason and cannot be cancelled or changed. If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
